1. Use of the App

You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App
• Use the App in a way that harms other users

2. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer paid subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

a. Billing

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

b. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered:

• It automatically converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription

c. Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple account settings:

3. Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple. We do not issue refunds directly.

4. User Content

If the App allows you to upload or generate content (e.g., photos, audio, text):

• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant us a limited license to process and use it solely to provide the App functionality
• You are responsible for the content you upload

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or illegal material

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content, features, and design are owned by ParUP and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results will be accurate or reliable
• The App will meet your expectations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the App

8. Account and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect the App or other users

9. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

If we make material changes, we will:

• Update the “Last updated” date
• Provide notice where appropriate

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
